Programme
Commit on Thursday 3 December. Activate on Friday 4 December. Restore on Saturday 5 December. Three days, three venues, one coast.

Day by day
- Thu 3 December · Commit
Civil Society and Business Community Dinner and Awards at Vipingo Ridge. The year-end dinner brings leaders from government, diplomacy, finance, business and civil society to one table, with the NGO Summit Awards. The exhibition opens before and after the dinner, so guests meet our partners as they arrive and as they leave.
- Fri 4 December · Activate
Beach clean-up and exhibition at Nyali, Mombasa. Volunteers, rangers, communities and partners clean the shoreline, while the exhibition, with its sector and Embassy pavilions, opens at Nyali. A session in the Finance the Coast pavilion looks at finance for coastal and restoration work.
- Sat 5 December · Restore
Community mangrove planting at Kwetu Centre, Mtwapa. Communities, volunteers, partners and guests plant together at Kwetu Centre. Seventy thousand seedlings are used in the mass planting, and any that remain are planted through the rest of the quarter, to 31 March 2027.
- After 5 December · Report
Evidence and follow-up at Everywhere we planted. Every planted block is GPS-tagged and checked after six months with the Kenya Forest Service. Partners receive an Impact Report, a Partner Activation Certificate, a Commitment Wall record and a Media Coverage Archive.
Across all three days
The exhibition

Clean the Coast
A zone for waste and circular-economy enterprises, beside the beach clean-up.
Embassy pavilions
Led by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, which donated seedlings to the first action in October.
