Sharon Mosin is the Country Director of Swisscontact Kenya, leading a national portfolio focused on inclusive economic development, market systems strengthening, and private-sector-driven opportunities for youth, women, and underserved communities. With 17 years of experience across Africa and Southeast Asia, she is a recognised practitioner in financial inclusion, SME development, and livelihoods programming.
Before joining Swisscontact, Sharon served as Regional Policy Lead and Country Director for Aceli Africa, a blended-finance initiative supporting high-impact agricultural SMEs. Her work spans gender lens financing, climate finance, dual apprenticeships, and TVET systems strengthening. She holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Education, Economics, and Business Studies from the University of Nairobi.
